It’s easy! Just browse our shop, add your favorite biltong products to your basket, and click “View Basket” when you’re ready. Proceed to checkout, enter your details, choose your delivery or collection method, and complete your payment.
How does delivery work?
We use Fastway Couriers for reliable door-to-door delivery. Once your order is packed and collected by the courier, it will be delivered straight to the address you provided during checkout.
Can I collect my order instead of paying for shipping?
Yes, absolutely! We have collection points available in the following areas:

How should I store my biltong once it arrives?
To keep your biltong fresh, store it in a cool, dry place. If you have ordered “wet” or fatty biltong, we recommend keeping it in the fridge or freezer if you aren’t going to eat it immediately (though it’s usually too delicious to last that long!).
Is your biltong Keto or Banting friendly?
Yes, our plain biltong is a fantastic high-protein, sugar-free snack perfect for Keto and Banting diets. However, please check the descriptions on our flavored items as sauces may contain small amounts of sugar.
